Autonomous job-search worker
Find the right roles. Apply as yourself. Decide every move.
Career-Ops watches the job market for you around the clock, scores every opening against your profile with the reasons written out, and writes in your voice when you ask for it. Every application is finished on your say-so.
Private — access is provisioned per account.
What it does today
An applied-AI pipeline for your whole job search.
Everything in this section is running now. What is still being built lives further down, under Coming soon — and it says so.
01
Multi-source discovery
Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Workday, per-employer feeds, plus LinkedIn and Adzuna — swept every three hours and filtered to the titles, locations and countries you set, before anything is scored.
02
Boards you name, and boards it finds
Know where you want to work? Type the company name — Career-Ops resolves their careers board and starts watching it. Each night it proposes more companies to watch, drawn from what already matched you.
03
Evidence-based fit scoring
Every posting gets a 1–5 fit score with a band and the reasoning written out against your profile and the posting itself. No black box, and no score you cannot interrogate.
04
Language and work authorisation, handled honestly
Declare the languages you speak and the countries you can work in. An unmet language requirement lowers a separate adjusted score; work authorisation is shown as a flag on the role and never lowers anything. Visibility, not a penalty.
05
Closed roles drop out
Postings that are filled or withdrawn get detected and retired, and anything sitting in your queue for a dead posting is pulled before it reaches you. Your backlog stays current without you checking.
06
A daily email digest
Your shortlist each day — score, band, location, work-authorisation flag and a link straight into each role — delivered at your own local hour with quiet hours respected. Still setting up? You get exactly what is missing, with a link per item.
07
You decide, in one place
Approve or pass on each role in your own panel. The decision binds to the exact score version you saw, so a re-score never silently inherits an old call.
08
Written in your voice, on request
Ask for a draft on any role and it is written from your own facts and your own writing samples. Every claim traces back to something you wrote — anything that cannot be traced is blocked before it reaches you.
09
Suggestions land, and you can undo them
New search terms and new boards apply straight to your config with a one-click remove, instead of queuing for approval. Applications, fit decisions and consent are never in that bucket — those are always yours.
note
How it works
Six steps, and you are only needed for two of them.
Setup takes an afternoon. After that the search runs on its own and comes to you — you spend your time deciding, not hunting.
01
Upload your résumé
One click builds your Profile from it — your titles, your skills, and a first pass at what you should be matched against. Everything it fills in, you can edit.
02
Set your targeting
Roles, locations, countries, languages, a pay floor, and the boards to watch. Add a company by name and the board is resolved for you.
03
It searches, every three hours
Across every source you have enabled, filtered to your titles and locations first, so scoring is spent only on roles that could plausibly be yours.
04
Each role is scored with its reasons
A 1–5 fit score, a band, and the evidence written against your profile and the posting. You can disagree with it and see exactly where it went wrong.
05
Your shortlist arrives by email
Once a day, at your hour, with a deep link into each role. No dashboard you have to remember to open.
06
You decide, and it writes
Approve or pass in the panel. On anything you want to pursue, ask for a draft in your voice — then finish and send it yourself.
What it will not do
The limits are the product.
These are not features we have not got to yet. They are commitments the system is built to keep, and the reason it can be trusted with your name.
It never applies for you
Automatic submission is built and tested, and it is switched off. Today every application is finished and sent by you. When it is turned on it will be source by source, on your say-so, and reversible.
It never writes your CV
The system does not generate, rewrite, or auto-tailor your CV — not per role, not ever. It selects among the versions you have written. Your CV is authored by you.
It never invents a fact about you
Every claim in every draft has to trace to your CV, your own answers, or the posting. Untraceable text is blocked automatically, before you see it — not left to your proofreading.
It never decides for you
No fit call, no application, and no consent is made by anyone but you. Nobody — including whoever runs the system — can decide on your behalf.
How we compare
Neither a job board nor a blind auto-apply bot.
Job boards help you search and get matched — then you apply, one role at a time. Auto-apply bots fire off applications at volume, but generically and with little control. Career-Ops does the finding and the writing, in your voice, and stops at your sign-off.

Coming soon
Actively in development.
Roughly in the order we're building them. Anything already running is in What it does today, not here.
01
In developmentHands-off submission on proven boards
The submission path is built and held off. It goes live one source at a time, only where the fit calls have earned it, and only when you say so — with the ability to take it back at any point.
02
In developmentCareer-page forms, read automatically
Draft answers for login-free career-page and ATS forms, not just the boards with an API behind them. Fewer applications left to fill in by hand.
03
In developmentMore India-first job sources
More Indian company boards and sources, so you see roles other tools miss — for jobs at home and abroad. Broader reach, same evidence-based scoring.
